BLUE WATER CRUISING TALK COMING UP

This coming Friday, March 21, at the Granville Island Hotel, I will be giving a talk about my 15 years cruising the waters of British Columbia with our two dogs on board.  The evening will include many photographs of our cruising adventures and as a bonus, my husband, Tom, will talk about building the boat back in the 1970s and his off shore adventure.  Doors open at 7 pm with the talk beginning at 7:30 pm.

SOME EXCITING NEWS!

In the last couple of weeks I’ve been invited to attend the Vancouver Boat Show as part of the BC Marine Authors booth and during the 5 days of  the Boat Show.  So watch out for me January 22 to 26 at the Boat Show.  Then on February 14th I will be at the Vancouver Museum giving a presentation about boating with dogs and stories of cruising the waters of British Columbia.

BOOK LAUNCH

On Friday September 13th from 7 to 9 pm at the Salt Spring Sailing Club, Salt Spring Books will be hosting an evening to “officially” launch the book. There will be readings, stories and refreshments with the famous Moby in attendance to answer any questions you may have about his cruising adventures.

MOBY HAD MOVED!

Moby has moved house!  His new residence is still on Salt Spring, but nearer to Fulford Harbour than Long Harbour, where he lived before.  South Islander still at her old mooring on Long Harbour and Moby has his PFD packed for a short cruise later this week.  He will ask his crew to post some sailing photos from his cruising holiday!
